📦 Shipping Information

UK Delivery

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 Working Days)FREE on all orders over £20

  • Tracked Delivery (1–3 Working Days) – £2.99 flat rate

  • Express Delivery (Next Working Day) – £5.99 (Order before 2PM Mon–Fri)

💡 All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse using Royal Mail or Evri tracked services.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2PM (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends ship the next working day.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries in Europe.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will appear at checkout.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Third-party accessories used with Ship N Shop products

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  3. Once approved, we’ll send your replacement or store credit right away.
